About Me

Hi there! I’m so glad you are visiting my site! Health is about so much more than exercising and eating well. Being healthy and happy consists of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. My goal is to provide uplifting words, realistic healthy recipes and workouts, and fun DIY projects to help women of every age and stage feel more fulfilled. I named my site, “The Happily Healthy Home,” because I want to help people be HAPPY when trying to accomplish their health goals. I don’t ever want anyone to feel degraded or worthless, so I will always be REAL with you. And I am still learning too, so I hope that you will join me on my own path to a healthier and happier life!

A little about me: I am a wife and mother to two. I have a 2 1/2 year old (very active) little boy and a 6 month old (very sweet) baby girl. I am obsessed with my kids. I love them SO much it hurts. I am a huge baby lover! I am also a wife to one fun-loving husband. He is my rock. He is the most spiritually in tune person I know. He always knows how to make me laugh and never lets me get too caught up in the monotonous routine of life.

I am currently going to school for English Education. I have been–and probably will be– in school forever. I have only been taking a couple of classes a semester since I have had my kids. Luckily, I absolutely LOVE school, so I really don’t mind. I have changed my major 5 times… I can never make my mind up on what I want to do. I love every subject. English is what I am best at, so hopefully this major will stick for a while! I am also a writing tutor at the Utah State University writing center. I only tutor one day a week, right before my night-class, but I love it. It has been a good experience for me to help teach students.
