Workouts coming soon!

I have had a lot of people look at my workout page and I feel terrible that there is nothing on here yet! I started my blog at 38 weeks pregnant. At the time I wasn’t doing much for exercise other than walking, the elliptical, and some basic body- weight lifting. So, I didn’t think it was worth sharing! But, I only have two more weeks until I can start exercising again and then I will be posting some great stuff! Get ready to train for a half marathon with me just in time for summer ๐Ÿ™‚ I will also be posting some of my favorite crossfit workouts!
